Not sure this is the best place to post but not sure where else to write.

I have 3 DC all under the age of 5 so yes I'm well aware I could just be tired. I work PT 2 days a week. I've struggled with depression and anxiety and am currently having CBT. Anyways, lately started the past month and half. I've been a lot more tired than usual, have no get up and go, feel very lazy. I have no appetite ( I have always been a very good eater) I feel nauseous literally all day everyday, I have now lost weight. Probably just over a stone in a month ( unintentional). I've also been having awful night sweats, I'm waking up ringing wet of sweat, this has been going on the last 3 weeks (but I'd had it a few months ago but not as long) Also in the day, I feel like I've got a constant, slightly, higher temperature. I'm only 31, I've got PCOS and I hardly ever have periods. I'm not pregnant ( you have to have sex for that, right?) Plus done a test to doubly make sure. I know I should go and see my GP but Im a little worried about going. People I've spoken to about it have suggested that maybe I'm going through early menopause??? Any women out there gone through the same sort of thing?

Definitely see your gp, might be your thyroid

I've not had these symptoms, so I can't help with what it may be (sorry). But I do suffer health anxiety, and I am very aware of any slight change in my body and instantly think the worst. I am also sensitive to pain and suffer depression. I find if I think there is something wrong with me, my mind tricks my body in to thinking I have it and gives me random symptoms. Anxiety in itself can make you tired and lose weight. I eat like a horse and I am overweight to be honest, but my anxiety has been that bad before that I lost my appetite, lost weight and have been extremely tired. The only way to ease your mind is to see a doctor. If you need someone to talk to, send me a message :)

You definitely need to make your thyroid and vitamin levels checked.
