It's not unusual. I'm on the combined pill and ever now and again I get really sore boobs leading up to my period .
But this time it started about 2 weeks before my pill break. DP noticed they were swollen and I haven't mentioned the fact that they hurt like hell.
It really would not be a good thing for me to be pregnant. Not good at all, I really don't think I am though, reason I say that Is that I'm sure this has happened before. But surely being on the same pill for years my hormones are regulated, so why do they get eye wateringly painful every now and again ?
