Dizziness and fainting

Hi, just after some general advice please.

I've always had low blood pressure and have been prone to both dizziness and fainting in the past.

Over the last couple of days it has become much more frequent - dizzy spells a number of tines each day for the past 3/4, and I think I have fainted twice, well, been dizzy and ended up on the floor.

Getting to a go will be tricky and I don't think they will do much anyway. Other than obviously getting up slowly, drinking lots of water etc., is there anything I can do to help? Thanks

This is something that does need checking out so make it a priority to see your gp. There are some tests that you should have to rule out any treatable causes for your fainting becoming suddenly worse.

Following really. Similar here

I know you said that seeing a GP is difficult, but the consequences of not seeing one could be worse. What if you fainted while driving?

You really do need to prioritise this.

Thanks and I will try and see one but the next week is going to be very unlikely. Its only when standing up from sitting or when crouching so I'm pretty safe, and nothing different to normal apart from more frequent.
