What is this?!?

Had for maybe a year, feels squidgy but hard round edges, now it's bleeding round the edge. It's on my knee, what is it?!?

a wart? verruca?

Can you get them on your knee?

could be a wart. if you wear trousers it may have abraded and formed a scab. May be worth checking with the GP to avoid the risk of a bacterial infection now that it is bleeding.

I'm now doing 2+2 and coming up with 58 my daughter had a wart on her toe and seems to have one above her top lip ( not the actual lip )
I've had this longer though, I may be being massively dramatic but I had a smear and tested positive for hpv, do you think I could've given it to her?! It says that's what the wart virus is.

They can spread by skin to skin contact, but in reality they are very common in school children so she could have picked them up anywhere. My son had a lovely cluster on his knee a while ago.
