Hair loss after pregnancy

Hi all,

I am aware thatbhaor loss after having a baby is completely normal but mine just seems so severe. My hair line is receding with bald spots very abvioys now and my fringe has gone so, so thin. Does anyone have any advice? Do you think it's worth a trip to the gp?

Try taking a good multivitamin and maybe an iron tablet - I found my hair loss was worse when I became anemic after the birth and when I breastfed.

I know they say it's normal bit i had a proper bald spot in the back. It did pass though so hang in there
