Got some benwa balls as i was told they help with pelvic floor muscles,
I have only used them a few times, but today when i looked at them there was a smear of blood on them, just wondered if anyone else who has used them has seen this, only today,
Hoping it might just be because i was walking around a lot, or placed them in wrong, maybe too high
