Lump in stomach

Sat here and can't sleep, my mum has a lump in her stomach, am really worried it could be stomach cancer, in March she had bacterial pneumonia, then a few months ago she had a blood test, and they said her iron was low, so she was put on a high dose of iron, which they retested a month ago and is now fine for that, about 5weeks ago my mum started feeling a dull pain in her stomach, she only told me 2 weeks ago, she also had a bloated feeling, and a bit of nausea.
Then she could feel a lump, below her ribcage, took her to docs who thought she might be impacted, and also she had an xray, and blood tests, they gave her some movical to clear her out, then on Fri had a phone call saying to go to the hospital to see consultant, took her today and the consultant said she has a lump in her stomach, she's also lost half a stone in the last month, she's had to have more blood tests and has to have a ct scan, am trying to be strong but am so scared, sorry it's long but does anyone have any experience with any of the above? So scared for my mum.

Sorry Ive no advice but didn't want to read and run. Sounds like your mum is in the right hands, put your trust in the doctors and try not to worry too much. Flowers

My mum's also got the hyplori virus in her stomach and is on antibiotics to stop the virus, which only found out this morning as docs had left a script in the chemist for her, this would give her some of her symptoms but dosent explain the lump.
