Heavy stomach

For over three weeks now I have had like a heavy feeling in left side of stomach. It's very heavy and feels like someone is pressing down on it.

What could it be?

I have had it sconce urine infection three weeks ago.

Should I mention it when I go for some test results at Drs?

When I get a kidney infection infection (and that normally comes from a UTI) it feels like that, although for me it's more round the back than the stomach. It feels like I've got a big lead weight stuck in the side of me. Could it be that?
