Can you get the thrush cream and pessary from the pharmacy? Without the doctors referral?

Yes you don't need a prescription for them. You can get them off the shelf in supermarkets too

They can be used in pregnancy so breastfeeding should also be ok. As I said you can pick them off the shelf in a supermarket so don't need to go to a pharmacy

Yes you can, you just can't get tablets to swallow eg flucozone while breastfeeding.
