Poo related - sorry!

It's been a while (weeks?) since I've done a really good solid poo.
My stools are always loose and small and everything is a bit squitty.

I admit I'm terrible for not chewing food properly and I often wolf food ( on feet all day with no proper breaks or opportunity to sit down)

Health is generally good and no other worries apart from occasional griping pains.

Is it IBS?

I'm no expert but isn't ibs more about pain and discomfort? The I is for irritable. I think the advice is after 3 weeks of loose poos see a dr but check nhs website if you haven't already.

IBS can be different for everyone-I mostly suffer with pains,my stools vary.
Some people have mainly D, some have mainly C..not everyone gets pains.
It sounds like IBS-However it could also be other things so best to go to the Docs to rule out possible causes especially has your symptoms have been ongoing for some time.
