cleaning changing mat - is this why ds has a tummy bug?

DS (11 months) has had several tummy bugs of late, just occurred to me that other than a quick wipe with a baby wipe it's months since I cleaned his changing mat properly. Am I crap? Anyone regularly scrub baby's changing mats?

No, just wipe with baby wipe for me. V occasional anti-bac, e.g. after bout of d&v or whatever.

No - I just give it a wipe with anti-bac spray after any accidents...don't clean it between times.

Good, so I'm not a terrible mother then? Have sprayed it with anti-bacterial spray today
