Eco friendly sanitary products

Ok, so I saw an advert for these knickers, which are alternatives to using sanitary products: www.shethinx.com/

Interested to know people's thoughts on these... Surely they must be super uncomfortable?

There has been loads of threads on this.
I haven't tried the thinx, but I do use washable pass that I made myself and they are super comfortable.

I use thinx and love them! I've been wearing them since I gave birth in June in case of any accidents when sneezing! You really can't tell the difference. They are pricey though and not sure if they'd be great if you had a really heavy flow.
