Screen migraines

Does anybody else get migraines from looking at screens for too long? Has anything helped?

I have an up to date glasses prescription and neither wearing them or not wearing them makes a difference. I generally have meetings throughout the day so am taking screen breaks but that doesn't seem to make a difference either.

Make sure you're about arms length away from your screen and that you eyes are level with the top of the screen so that you're always looking down slightly (optimal position for eye muscles).

If you have varifocals, a single vision pair may be better.

Think about glare too, from windows as well as inside lighting. Occupational health could help with that too.

Do you have the same issues on a home pc?
