I have laminate flooring in the kitchen and last week discovered that the washer had leaked and the water has gone underneath the flooring . As it happens we are due to replace the floor next month anyway as it is old and knackered .
But , since then i have developed what i think is known as 'postnasal drip' , a blocked nose upon waking and my throat feels like something is stuck in it .
could it be the damp from the floor ? The floor is still down though . dh thinks we should rip it up now even though we arent getting the new one for a few weeks but if it is an allergy to the damp wont this make me worse ?
can anyone offer me any advice please ?
