I went to bed early with a headache. Had paracetemol and got some sleep.
The headache woke me up lots during the night.
This morning the pain is so intense. Every time I walk or move my head is so painful and down my neck. I had a bad temperature this morning and I'm hot and cold now.
Is it flu or something?
I feel absolutely awful and have even taken ibruprofen sooner than the 4 hours as the pain is so bad.
