Very small lump on boob - worry? or not

Ive just been in shower and noticed a lump which looks exactly like frozen pea under my skin on my left boob about 2 inches from my nipple - thought it must be a spot but its hard, not sore and doesnt seem to have a middle iykwim

Im only 23 but ~I do smoke - it will just be a cyst wont it?

Yeah, especially with it not being in my boob? I dont have to feel for it - its just there sticking out!
