Hey. I've had a cough for about or over 4 weeks coming and going. I've been sick everyday after eating for about a week or so. I've had cramps pains and grumbly in my stomach headaches. Having a hot face but cold and shivery? Achey everywhere

I don't like going doctors I just feel like I'm just wasting their time tbh

Any idea what it could be?

I'd say a cough for 4 weeks definitely warrants a visit to the doc, you'll need your chest listening to especially with you running a fever. Go asap.
