Night time upper back, shoulder and arm pain

I sleep on my side. For a few months now lying on my left side means I get pain in my outer opposite right upper back, shoulder area that radiates down my right arm. It doesn't do it the other way round though.
Why does it do this? I can't get comfortable at all and it's affecting my sleep.
I've also noticed both shoulders seem 'loose' like it feels like they slightly dislocate easily but not sure if it's related.
Any advice? Exercises etc? It seems minor so I haven't been to docs but should I?

Shoulder impingement?

I'm looking at that now thank you. Does seem to fit.
Still can't work out why it hurts mostly when I lie on the opposite side. Can't find anything explaining that. It's strange.
