iv been up all night with diahreah! every hour! i think iv finally emptied my belly fully but does anyone have any little tips i can do to help! i dont want to take immodium as iv felt worse in the past after taking them! taking kids out today! help.

Grated apple. Grate an apple, let it stand till it goes a bit brown and the juices run, then eat all of it. It does work.

Probably best not to take the children out and spread it round.
Clear fluids only for 12 hours.

yes i dont think ill be going anywhere today! cant seem to get off the toilet! yes i will try the apple thankyou!
