Hernia after previous pregnancy? Or am I paranoid?

After 3 c-sections I was told not to have anymore babies.

Every time I sneeze or cough I need to hold to 'catch' the pain. Even sitting up in the bath I need at least a minute to recover from sharp pain.

My doctor isn't interested. It doesn't prevent me doing anything he says.

Do I just live with this??

Any luck with this?

Do you have a lump anywhere (groin of belly button) to indicate hernia? I'm on my third one following 2 X c section and each time a bump was present and pain only very occasionally.
