Pain in back?

Hi
I've got this constant pain in my back it's lower down, and either side of my spine. When it's being touched it feels like the pain is under the spine? I can't lie on my front cuz it hurts that much to roll back over I love it being pressed where the pain is cuz it takes it away but I'm asking my boyfriend to do it constantly and it's getting annoying.

Anyone got any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks.

I have no idea, but I'd be making an appointment with my Dr.

All kinds of things can cause back pain - muscular, skeletal, nerves, or things to do with internal organs such as kidneys.

The best treatment for such pain is to avoid strenuous use of the leg. Always aim to keep fit but at the same time reduce all the activities which cause the pain. Painkillers can help you to a certain extent but specific exercises thought by an expert physiotherapist can help to correct the problems. One of friends had the same pain as yours. He has been to one physio at Physiomed in Toronto and took the physiotherapy treatment ( www.physiomed.ca/treatments/physiotherapy/ ) and it was a great help for him. It will be always better to seek professional advice for a fast recovery.
