Mucusy nappies 11 week old any ideas?

do they have a cold? babies cant get rid of snot other than by swallowing it - makes them throw up mucusy stuff and poo mucusy stuff too. sorry if stating obvious btw...

Are you breastfeeding or ff?

It could be an intollerance, wheat/gluten can cause mucus in poo & gluten is in ff.

(is only abvious to me coz i have had 3 babies in 3 yrs and have seen more snot, puke and poo in that time than i could ever have imagined possible ... if id imagined such things)

Hi, thanks lots for posts. Am bf, and yes is snotty monkey. Seems better now, just a bit concerned as DD1 also been ill (pneumonia!!!!!!) and keeping an eye on things. Thanks xxx
