Tops of my feet and ankles swelling up. More on left side. Will compression stockings help?

I have this and wear confession stockings overnight if it gets bad. I find it helps enormously.

Compression not confession.. 😆

My mum is worried but I'm sure it is hormonal

Does anything else help? I'm trying magnesium and vitamins B12

why do you think this is anything to do with peri meno? Never heard of it before!

Swollen feet and ankles can be nothing but they can be a sign of something wrong with your kidneys or heart, so you should see your dr.

Hormones don't cause this unless you are retaining a lot of water just before a period (PMS) and then it'd usually be around your tummy and boobs.

You should see your doc - it can be symptomatic of heart problems (and the peri-menopause can also produce heart problems in a few) so it needs to be checked out rather than just "managed".
