Shingles

Hi, I was diagnosed with shingles yesterday after a couple of days with a sore red patch or raised bumps by my neck. My lymph nodes are swollen in this side of my neck but there are only 5/6 in a small cluster. I've noticed another beginning this morning. Not feeling unwell really, bit stiff and tired. I'm 37 and it's my first outbreak.
I don't think they are oozing anything yet but question is, would more spots keep appearing at this stage or could it just be a mild case?
I'm going on holiday next week :(

I had shingles recently and only had three clusters, one of which was really small. All three clusters had come out by the time I was diagnosed (I think I spent maybe a week thinking it was just a rash) and looking back they did come out fairly quickly all together.

Although obviously shingles isn't great, my case wouldn't have ruined a holiday at all so I hope yours is similar.

My advice would be to get some PoxClin mousse and a vitamin B12 oral spray.

Hoping it's just a mild one for you Flowers

Thanks Plimsols, Hopefully it will go the same way :)
I didn't have any symptoms really before the rash came up, just the lymph nodes. I asked the chemist first to look as I thought it was a bite or something. They've gone from painful to itchy at the moment.

Also supposed to be going to hospital to have two wisdom teeth cut out in about 2 weeks. I wonder if this will still be able to go ahead.
