Period/hormonal problems

Does anyone else suffer from a crazy hormone week before thier period starts. I have had to before but never as bad as this. I have very tender boobs and feel like I am gonna puke sometimes like morning sickness I get that achy pre period feeling as well its horrid I keep thinking my period is gonna start but worked out its not due till Friday. I know I am not pregnant because dh has had a vasectomy so it can't be that before anyone says. Just feeling really crap about it and like I am broken. Any advice or anyone get this?

No advice but yeah I get this. Feel like I'm in the throes of major depression, can't see how I'll get up in the morning, want to sob my heart out at nothing, and then at some point in the next week I'll get my period. What's worse is I'm on the pill and it's more or less stopped my periods altogether. But sometimes I get a random day long one (maybe like twice a year?) And I always feel like this beforehand.

Can you go on the pill? Makes a massive difference. Also cut out caffeine and try to eat low sugar.

But yes take a pregnancy test before you do - vasectomies can fail
