Does-anyone-have-idea-if-there-are-any-supplements-from-a-health-shop-that-might-help-my-friend's-DD's-mood-swings?

They-are-having-lots-of-behavioural-issues-with-her-and-her-mum-has-been-to-GP-wondered-whether-there-is-anything-that-might-help-in-way-that-evening-primrose-helps-PMT?

The-DD-in-question-has-started-puberty.

Sorry - I've got boys but thought you'd appreciate a night time 'bump'.

She hasn't got little nipple 'buds' yet, has she? It might be the onset of puberty, even though she's a bit on the young side.

Sorry - read the first bit but what with all the dashes I hadn't noticed that you'd already said she'd entered puberty.
