Ok I'm having a couple of teeth out and some fillings (unless they find other work do do when i get there).

How strong do the painkillers have to be for after???

Will I be able to eat after???

When should I feel normal again???

TIA

I had a tooth out and two fillings in December... Hurt and bled like hell for a day afterwards( if it bleeds then go back...this shouldnt have happened) but pain killers really helped (solpadine from over the counter).

I didnt eat immediately following the treatment which is what they advise.

It felt sore and bruised for about a week afterwards but very bearable. Good luck, dentist is the pits!!

My tip is to take a couple of painkillers an hour before the dentist, to take the edge off any discomfort.

I must admit, my relief at having had the work completed has always made any after-pain seem perfectly ok!

Good luck.

I'm having a local aneastetic and intravenious sedation (as i suffer panic attacks). I dont mind suffering after as i know all the work will have been done.
