DS is nearly 5 months old. Had one normal period last month (went on Pill but didn't agree with me). Anyway, the last few days I've had some bloating and mild cramping, and last night when I wiped, there was some blood. Thought AF was coming but it didn't but according to a period tracker app, I'm smack bang in ovulation. It happened last month as well (which as my first cycle since pregnancy and not on the Pill)
Is it normal to spot during ovulation? It never happened before pregnancy but I'm assuming my body has changed/still settling down after having a baby.
