Hi. I'm sort of a newbie as it's been a long time since I have been on here. I was wondering if any of you can recommend any supplements or particular vitamin that could boost my energy/ health levels.
Since having children I seem to be constantly feeling lethargic and a bit on the rough side for at least two weeks of the month. As well as the usually monthly pains I also get a lot of other monthly problems now that i'm over 40. I passed my 40+ blood tests and I've had a hormone test, results showed I'm not in menopause stage yet. My children sleep through the night now too so I can't blame lack of sleep either. I'm hoping a good womens multivitamin or supper vitamin will give me back my energy again! Thanks in advance!

To be honest, no one in the western world needs vitamins except Vit D if they have a proper diet.
It's a marketing con. They don't give anyone energy.
It sounds as if you are starting peri menopause. The best way to cope is lots of really healthy food- get your 5-7 fruit and veg a day, some wholefood carbs, good fats like oily fish and avocado, reduce sugar, booze and don't smoke. Get some exercise daily enough to make you sweat and feel breathless. If you don't take Vit D already, maybe start that? A lot of people are deficient.

Yes, that's probably a good call! I'm healthy other than sugar intake and could definitely up the amount of exercise I do.
I thought I may be peri menopause before but assumed that as hormone levels were good that I couldn't be. Maybe I am.
