It's about two inches across, and an inch deep sort of oval shape and it's like a raised, red lump. It is at the top inside of his leg. Dp thinks maybe his nappy is rubbing, but he's been without a nappy most of the day and if anything it's getting bigger.
He seems ok, but if you touch it he says it hurts. Doesn't feel hot or anything.
Anyone had anything similar?
