Anyone else frequently sigh/yawn/swallow to "satisfy" a tight chest?

Yes and it turned out I was anaemic.
Also uncovered a mild heart irregularity which is still being investigated, but anaemia causes you to yawn, sigh and take frequent large breaths. Ask your GP for a healthcheck.
