Lactose in tolerance

Hello my lovelies!
Last year you all helped me work out I was lactose intolerant. I have been muddling through for 12 months trying to work out what I can and can't eat - milk seems to be in everything. But I still often have stomach upsets and don't have a clue what caused it.
So my question is to other people with with the same problem - what are the foods you have to avoid that you would never guess contain lactose? For example, I'm just beginning to realise a lot of bread must be made with milk.

Maybe you are intolerant to wheat or gluten too?

I did wonder that but I do not have any of the other symptoms of gluten intolerance. Plus if I avoid milky bread I am fine - I can eat a baguette without problems.
