I'm having chest pain. It feels muscular rather than a heart attack
as it's been coming and going for the past few days and I've also had excruciating neck/shoulder pain (again, feels muscular) for a few days.
I don't know what's causing it. Friend suggested stress (I've just returned to work after 3 weeks off sick with stress, although I don't feel too bad about it).
What can I do about muscular upper body pain? I wondered if taking a bath would help - any thoughts?
