just wondered if anyone could recommend a good organic multivitamin for a 3 year old

Unless someone has a deficient diet, food is better than pills!
Give your DC organic food if you are worried, rather than stuff in tablets.

polly it's recommended that all growin children (and most adults) take a vitamin d3 supplement.
not shure on the organic part, but my dc take the ordinary vitd3 supplement from boots.

I know that Yellow. The question wa about a multi vitamin not Vit D.
