Hey all, my kids are 4 and 2 and a half and I've done literally nothing about Pelvic floor exercises and my stomach muscles are still separated by almost fingers. Probably 1 and a half.
I am really confused by all the information out there. My Pelvic floor is ok but really could do with some improvement as I notice some leaking of I go for a long run with a full bladder.
I thought stomach muscles couldn't reknot themselves but I'm now lead to believe they can. Is this true? Any pointers on where to start, what to do and how long my stomach might take to sort itself out would be mega appreciated?
