Sores following MMR

Ds (14 months) had his MMR yesterday. This evening, at bathtime, dh noticed three strange looking sores under his arm. They're round with a slightly grazed looking surface. Biggest is almost 1cm in diameter. He's teething, but temperature is fine and he's been happy all day. I've just put him down, but I'm feeling very anxious. Can anyone reassure me? I phoned NHS 24 but they were pretty dismissive.

I wonder if it's impetigo, a skin infection, Tassis? That starts as a sore/sores and will spread rapidly. If it is, he'll need antibiotics from the doctor. Hth.

Much as I'm happy to slag off the MMR, I think its unlikely to be related.... Keep an eye on it- as suedonim says could be impetigo which will need treating if it is as it can spread like wildfire. Or could he have rubbed it somewhere. Under the arm can be prone to fungal infections as well. If it doesn't clear up I'd get it checked in case it needs a cream.

Well done, wise ones! It is impetigo. I don't know why I got in such a panic. He's had impetigo before so I really should have known better! Paranoid moment!
