I'm very moley and had them all checked recently - all fine.
Last week I noticed a tiny (like grain of sand sized) black (maybe very dark brown) raised, scabby, rough feeling freckle.
I'm a worrier so I'd want to instantly run to the doctor. My family think I'm crazy because it really is pin-prick size. It definitely isn't just a scab though, it is on my skin.
Anyone have any advice or experience on whether it's worth getting something so tiny checked?
