Just that really?

I'm tired constantly. Depressed (on meds) got a 4yo, I'm SAHM. Part time uni student, Fall asleep around 9:30pm, wake around 4am - wake between then also.

I'm so tired constantly. More so right now because I'm on my period.

I don't even have the energy to tidy the house!

Can barely keep my eyes open!

What medication are you on and how long have you been on them?

Your sleep doesn't look to be very effective and i think being up really early if no activity (work, day out etc) is really knackering and gives me a 'bed head' all day.

Depression is exhausting in itself.

I would ask for a meds review and maybe a blood test for thyroid levels, b vitamins etc.

I'm on Duloxetine 60mg.

Just can't focus on anything and want to sleep all the time.

You could be me - I feel your pain

Vitamin d? Ask to be checked and start taking a supplement in meantime. Also iron levels and thyroid.

I've just been put on the pill to try and rule out hormonal causes and make my periods lighter - might be worth a try?

Duloxetine made me so tired I ended up in A and E (was literally unable to stay awake). It made me dizzy as well. At the time, I didn't realise it was a side effect as the fatigue was so over whelming. I can't actually remember being there at all, I was so out of it.

Å´as taking Duloxetine as a pain killer. Several months later, GP realised the pain was caused by a hormone deficiency/imbalance. Looking back, I think that compounded the fatigue.

Sounds like you need a trip to the GP. You might have low iron levels or issues with your thyroid so blood tests might be a good idea

iron!

I was tired a lot! I had anaemia because I had kidney disease, please go and get blood tests done to be sure!
