Fibromyalgia and feeling constantly uncomfortable?

Does anyone with fibro or know someone with fibro get what I mean? I'm just curious as I've had fibro since I was 16 and was just curious if anyone else got this. Like im often very aware of my own body and it never feel 'right', does that make sense? Even if I'm not necessarily in pain, I just feel so uncomfortable in my own body. Is this a part of fibro? Maybe like a low grade pain registering as uncomfortableness. Annoying since at least when I have more obvious pain I know what it is. Sorry if this doesn't make sense lol im just a bit if a hypochondriac and it's been made worse since I've been preggers. Thanks if anyone can answer xx

Yes, kind of like a low grade pain that's constant. Just another weird fibro symptom I guess I wouldn't worry about it. Also restlessness is common in fibro.
