Burping and belching constantly. Horrible.

All of a sudden about a month ago. Just loads of belching, noisy, windy, and constant. It is dreadful. Nothing out the other end, just to mention!

I have no other symptoms at all, no pain, no heartburn, no nothing just this constant constant belching.

Has anyone else had this, and did anything work for you?

I haven't changed my diet or anything like that. Thanks.

Can't help you much sorry,
I have this too! Mine as now been ongoing since Jan.it drives me mad-little burps that end in my mouth so to be honest no one else is really aware.
I have had various tests however to rule out possible problems-all normal.
Docs not bothered by it at all-just me it annoys and I do not know why it started or how
First thing I guess would be to get checked out by Docs..Possible H Pylori maybe?!but you would maybe have other symptoms.
Or maybe like mine-there is no real reason?!?!
All the usual advice=avoid fizzy drinks and drinking with a straw/chewing gum(I do none of these and still burp)

charlie,

Thanks.

Sorry you are going through this too. Doc said take these losec things. Did nothing.

I don't take anything fizzy or chew gum.

But there must be something going on! Doc is not worried at all given I have no other pains or symptoms.

Have to live with it maybe.

Yes I had stomach pains and indigestion when I went to the Doc-so got tested for various things-all ok
I do have IBS so that accounts for some of the pains etc-Docs not bothered about the burping and even said it is habitual.
It drives me mad but I do notice when I am busy and not thinking about it/noticing it that it does not seem so bad.
