Preschooler geographic tongue

My dd of 3.5 years has what looks like geographic tongue , part of her tongue is darker pink than the other side, anyone seen this before? She eats okay it just has me worried

My son is 2.5 he has had this. It's much less obvious then when he was a baby. Doesn't seem to bother him. Doctor said it might indicate low iron ?! And he should grow out of it !

He loves green leaf vegetables so that's not to bad. I think it looks worse that it is !

Tongue issues like this often happen because of certain vitamin deficiencies. I think you should take them to their gp as soon as you can.
