Pressure in head when getting up

My teenage dd recently has been getting this pressure in her head when getting up from a sitting/lying position. She says it feel like blood rushing to the top of her head. Along with the pressure she feels weak too and these feelings last for a few seconds. I will be taking her to the doctor tomorrow but wonder what could this be?

I know low blood pressure will make you feel lightheaded but what about head pressure? Could it still be low blood pressure?

I have constantly low bp due to b12/folate deficiency and find I often go dizzy when I stand up...sometimes accompanied by a pressure feeling in my head. It's a strange feeling and takes me a few seconds after standing to compose myself.

Name changed.

My dd has seen a doctor but he was not concerned and that he had no idea what's causing it.

Anyone experienced this before?
