Body is aching - is this normal or of concern?

Im 26, 8 stone 10, had a baby 9 months ago, usually fit and well.

Two days ago I had a busy day of cleaning my house. Lots of walking and moving, running up and down stairs. When I had finishes my body was in complete agony. My legs and back ached but when I woke up it was gone.

Yesterday I had another busy day, ironing, shopping then packing cases for holiday. I walked a lot. By the time I finished I was physically in so much pain - like I had done a really intense workout.

Ive woken today and my back pain is away but my calf pain is still intense.

Ive never experienced this in my life before. Im generally fit and healthy. Go regular walks with the pram. Admittedly the last two days I have been on the go more than usual but to ache so much is concerning me.

Should I be worried this could be a sign of an underlying issue? I go on holiday today so im hoping a few days of rest will sort me out but at my age and weight im slightly concerned.

In the back of my mind im worried about a lump in my breast I found and am awaiting an appointment at a breast clinic although im certain its related to stopping breastfeeding.

I think it is normal to ache if you have done more exercise than normal. I'm aching today after gardening for a couple of hours, and normally I'm fit and healthy. However, if after your holiday you get unexplained aches, then see your gp.

I think, your concerns about your lump, plus pre-holiday stress are manifesting themselves in this anxiety.

Hope your limp is nothing sinister, and that you have a lively holiday.

Sounds more like fatigue, enjoy your holiday and just go to the breast clinic as planned - like you say it's probably due to finishing BF as your breasts do change then.
