Help before my holidays!

I'm off on holiday on Wednesday and for the past couple of days have been a bit bloated and full of wind. Anybody recommend something I can do/take or things I should avoid to help it go away? I have cut bread out the past week or so and don't drink fizzy juice just water, black decaf tea and 2 coffees a day with a spot of milk in them. Don't want to feel like a bloated whale on holiday!

If not then probiotics? And cutting out the coffee too maybe

Oh defo not pregnant! Not doing that ever, ever again Grin. Probiotics are a good idea though. I had terrible ibs before falling pregnant with DD1 but all my symptoms disappeared whilst pregnant never to return. DD2 is nearly 2 yrs now so I'm wondering if it's slowly coming back since my pregnancy with her. I hope not. My diet was so strict before I had DD1 so I could be comfortable!
