My mum gets cold sores quite often. I spend a lot of time with her therefor so does my 7 month old, she has a cold sore which has been there for 2 days. She's using compeed patches and not kissing baby, although she is holding her. I'm worried my baby will somehow get it, my daughter had a few nap in her bed also. I'm not sure if I've ever got one. I'm really worried as I've seen they can be really dangerous for babies
