Stomach bug and Milk?

Well this week we've all been hit by a stomach bug. My youngest had it first for 48 hours sun/tues. Last night I gave her a bottle of milk before bed time and now she's being sick again! Is this a new bug or just down to the milk? Can not cope with stripping the beds another night!

When I last had a stomach bug I couldn't tolerate dairy at all for ages after. I had a few months on lactose free milk and cheese which seemed to be ok then managed to reintroduce normal dairy back in.
I still get a dodgy stomach after too much milk chocolate years later though

Never, ever give milk with a stomach bug. Ginger ale is very helpful, but never milk .

Current advice is to feed as normal
