Irregular Menstrual Bleeding

Hello, I'll try to explain the situation fully.
So I've previously suffered with the above which was caused by either a polyp in my uterus and possible PCOS. I had the polyp removed and was put on birth control pills and all was fine no more spotting! Also had a smear around the same time which was all clear, and was tested STI's ect.
Recently I have been suffering from severe and excruciating anxiety which I've been put on medication for.

Over the past week (I believe this began again last Friday) I've been having similar spotting to before when I had the polyp and before I was placed on the pill... It's kinda adding to my anxiety... Is this just a lovely side affect of anxiety or something else? I'll mention to my Dr when I see him next week I'm just super pissed off that this irregular bleeding is back, anyone experienced similar or any ideas why my body hates me so much?!

How old are you OP? Irregular bleeding often occurs as you get into your 40s as a pre-cursor to menopause, but if you're younger it could be something else. It's always worth getting checked out, but changing pill or having a coil fitted can improve things (or not - sometimes that can make it worse). Either way, no one on the internet can tell you what it is. You need a gynae exam.
