I've been taking Vitamin D3 and Omega 3 for a while now and recently added a Royal Jelly supplement after it was recommended by a MNetter for psoriasis and sounded good from what I read about it. I'm just wondering what else there is that might actually have a positive effect health wise.

For a bit of context I have an autoimmune disorder that affects the neuromuscular system. I'm currently on quite high doses of immune suppressants for this, which has got it nicely under control. There is a lot on the internet about supplements that might help with this but none of it seems to be from reputable sources so I'm not sure what to make of any of it.
I've also previously had problems with my gallbladder (which was removed earlier this year, so no issues with that any more), as well as the psoriasis I mentioned above (which has now gone away since starting the immune suppressant medication). Oh and a possible under active thyroid, although I'm not convinced about this as my levels are normal on very low doses of medication and I never had any actual symptoms (it's a bit of a long story...).
Despite the above above I'm actually pretty healthy!
