Hi all my knee has had problems for about 18mths started sore couldn't fully bend with weight on it was like this for about 4/5 mths then eased and was up and down for next 8/9 mths but now for last 4/6 weeks it's been really sore at top of my knee cap and when I bent down other week with my shorts on my husband noticed that on my bad knee where it lumps on outside of kneecap it was a bigger pointy lump and when I prodded it that's what was sore.
Anyone any ideas??
It is generally ok walking but up and down stairs and ladders at work makes it worse really sore
