I had an irregular smear recently and was referred for a Colposcopy, the result of the Colposcopy was that I needed a Cold Coagulation which I had on the same day.
I've had a letter informing me that a biopsy was taken during the procedure as protocol but I haven't received the results of the biopsy, is this normal?
Also, I was told 4-6 weeks for swimming, sex and tampons.. how long did anyone else leave it? It's been 4 weeks tomorrow but just wanting some reassurance that it's not going to feel odd
